I was ordered a eureka vaccum cleaning machine 1000watts, suppose deliver in 7 days but not delivered still. I paid amount rs.499 through hdfc bank online payment. Past 2days i was tracked, showing it is not shipped yet. Now the website itself not displaying to track the ordered goods. So help me to get my amount back to me.
