Hello,
I had ordered a computer gaming chair from this website called Shopbia.in for Rs. 1879.10. I applied for a faster delivery option wherein they mentioned that they would deliver it within three days.
It has been three days and there is no update from them and no update on the website as well.
The numbers mentioned are invalid and there is no reply from the email complaint as well.
When I try to track the order with the order number and the email id I provided, it shows invalid email id (but this was the email id I used while booking the order).
There should be some action taken against sites or people like this to loot the public’s money.
There are fake reviews posted to their website as well for all the products they are offering. There are products of all kind which they are selling for a fake price and looting the public.
I hope I will receive a refund or compensation of some kind from their end.
Kindly take a strict action against this and if possible kindly get a refund of the amount Rs. 1879.10 that I lost on this website.
