I have ordered western digital 2TB hard disk through online site Shopbia.in on 18th Jan 2021 and made payment of Rs. 999.00 through razor pay. As per shopbia.in the product should be delivered within 7 days but till date it has not been delivered. Plz help me how can I get either above product or refund.
