I have placed an order for 2 nos. 2tb HDD vide order # 2017 dated 18/01/2021 and order # 2020 dtd 18/-1/2021 for a 14tb HDD. I paid Rs 1998.00 for the first items and Rs. 4079.00 for the second item which also includes Rs 80.00 extra for 3-day shipping instead of normal 7-8 days shipping. The payments by my credit card were made through PayU, Gurgaon. I checked out the site yesterday that is the 22nd Jan 2021 and it showed that the items had not been shipped.
I tried to get into the Shopbia site today 23rd Jan 2021 but the site is not opening. It seems to have vanished. If anybody can find their link through PayU it may be possible to trace their account and their antecedents. It is a fraud site. People must be beware of this site. I want a refund of my payments
