I had placed order for Seagate Expansion 1.5 TB External HDD on 18/01/21 thru mobile on Shopbia and paid Rs.799/- through Razor Pay. Just like a regular shopping site, it asked for details for registering. I had a small doubt as it did not ask for email id. I got an SMS informing order number is #2230. Afterwards no info and website is also not accessible. Later when I searched the web, I came to know it is a fake website. Razorpay should not have tied up with such fraud sites. Pl help me to get refund from Shopbia or Razorpay.
