There is new kind of online fraud which is taking place.

I placed an order ofboat avaante soundbar on 18 jan2021 order no 2048 ,for which the amount of 709 was deducted.
I opted for express delivery so that the product can get deliver within 3 days. Till date no response,when ever we chek the staus it’s show item not yet shipped.
Tried reaching customercare number both the contact numbers are wrong numbers evn the email id wch is mentioned is invalid.strict action need to be taken on such fraud companies.i need my money back
