I came across a shopbia.in with quite lucrative prices and I purchased a office chair on Jan 19,2021 from the website for Rs 2000.
The expected delivery time for the product is 7 days, but I am writing this complaint as I am sure the product is not going to be delivered now as the product has not yet dispatched, and the contact numbers provided on the company site is incorrect.
I wrote a mail to the customer support but there is no any response back from them.
I would like to have a refund for my product.
