I from Bangalore, had purchased vacuum cleaner Karcher WD3, on line shopbia.in from Jaipur Rajasthan, paying ₹1999.00 online on 18 Jan 2021. Got confirmation order number 1712. As per shopbia.in product should be delivered within 7days, but till date it has not been delivered. Also when checked order tracking for shipment website shobia.in is not reachable. Looks like a non existent marketing agency. Please help me in getting either above product or refund of my money.
