I had ordered an Office Chair, White/Black model, and made the full payment. Received an sms for confirmation with order #1924 and a tracking ID link.. however the link does not open to the online store tracking service nor the company website is showing up! Amount paid for the product is Rs.1,999/-
We have not ordered a product for leisure use and pleasure, it’s a necessary item for daily purpose and standard living, and they have cheated us.
Kindly do the needful and help us on this issue for MONEY REFUND
