I made an online payment of 799/- with UID 101812047133 on 18.1.21 for purchase of an add for usha fan heater but soon I realized it to be a fraud as the phone numbers were not responding. The add was showing only 13 units left to purchase but after a few seconds I again saw the add it showed 19 peices left, then I realized it to be a fraud. I then sent a mail to support @shopbia.in to cancel my order but in vain. I received a receipt on my mail but it is all a fraud. Please help.
