I PLACED AN ORDER ON 19/01/2021 IN Shopbia.in website for an external hard disk My order id is 2373 as per their information in my email. Cash for my order has already withdrawn from the Bank account.. BUT THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED TILL NOW and no further information from them.Further, their contact numbers are fake and no response from their email([email protected]).So please look into the matter and try to refund my amount as soon as possible.
