I have ordered karcher WD3 vaccum cleaner through on line site shopbia.in on 18 Jan 2021, and made payment of Rs 1999.00. and order number 1712 is confirmed Online. But Asper shopbia produ should be delivered within 7days. But till date it hasn’t been delivered. Also tried to track the order as given by shopbia, which is not reachable. Please help me in getting either above product or refund
