I ordered M3 smart fitness band but they sent wrong item in the parcel. Please help me in resolving the issue by either returning my order and get my money back or delivering the exact product i have ordered by them. Website has no customer care number no email id just a contact form (shopbound.in/pages/contact-us) and no one is replying fom that form also. Help me please.
