I have ordered for an intex phone from shopcj, after watching their tv ad on 17th march, have received the product on 19th march (My order no. Was 20160317096485) and did not find it upto the mark, so i called shopcj customer care on 21st march morning to return the product and they told me to contact intex. I called up intex and they told me to talk to shopcj only. I then again speak to shopcj customer center and had also written an email, in the evening of 21st march, i received call from mr. Vishal who bluntly told me to talk to intex only and that they cannot return my money. My concern is why should i speak with intex, when i have purchase the product from shopcj. They are very unprofessional and hardly make returns and refunds. They are cheaters and thieves… Never buy product from shopcj

Same phone I also orderer on 14 march 18 march i receive it but when i open it i shocked that which product is shown it not as it its features r not in phone as shown..so i complained soon on that day but they put me hold n told we will call u in 48 hour n we refund your product but the didn’t again i cal again they told me we will call u in 48 hour as it is gone n last fiftinth day they told me we can’t refund or return ur phone that our policy.
They r froud block them..
