I have purchased 6.5 ratti emarald, from shopclue which is totally different product from the display they have shown and the product I have received, the product is manufacturing defect and , I have complaint many times to shopclue by mail and calls but I haven’t received any response from them, kindly help me out and help me to get my refund money back.
