Not my refunding my of Rs.4998.last year on 25sept2014,I gt cal from no:9268888608 introducing himself as Rahul Sighania from Shopcruze.co.in insisted me to buy a product with an assured gifts.On believing his word and assured gift I did transaction thgh my debit card of item worth Rs.2499.At first he told me that my first transaction was unsuccessful so I did another trandac on same item.When I checked my bank statements it has found that my both transactions on 25 sept2014 was successful. So on learning that I requested him to refund my second transaction amount of Rs.2499.On that he insisted me to do another transaction of Rs.2499 so as to link to his company a/c to get refund immediatel. Again believing his word I did third transaction on 6/11/14 and he assured me that net total refundable amount Rs.4998 would be refunded on or before 1/12/14.In the mean time I gt item bt without any assured gift.When I contacted on 1st dec’14 for not refunding my amount I was told that initial company gateway has been failed so again he insisted me to do another transaction of Rs.4998 to refund back my amount.To this my conscience did nt allow me and I asked him their company address BT he outrightly rejected.Even I sent many email to their email:,support @ShopCruze.co.in & [email protected] requesting my refundable amount BT till date not refunded.I hv their invoice and voice record to prove my case.Even file a case on national consumer help.My consumer case no.
