The product which i ordered for is not the same which was delivered. I’ve ordered senheiser momentem but what i received was duplicate senheiser cx3. 00. Its been heart broken to came to know that product which i got was a duplicate one. The package was not sealed and already opened. Will point out the things i noticed when i unboxing.

1. Already opened
2. No user manual
3. No extra ear buds
4. The case of headset is not that senheiser brand type.
5. Headset was rolled and tapped.
6. Bottom of senheiser audio jack was straight but in original senheiser cx 3.00 its L shaped.
7. Worst audio like a platform make.
