Shopee – Falsely deducting money from ShopeePay account e-wallet

After a China seller failure to even sent out an item which I have ordered via Shopee platform for $32.74 on 31 Jul 2022, the undeliverable order was subsequently cancelled by Shopee and payment was fully refunded to my ShopeePay e-wallet on 19 Aug 2022.
However on 26 Aug 2022, a sudden and ridiculous deduction of $19.35 was made on my ShopeePay e-wallet by Shopee for an “adjustment” for that particular cancelled order which Shopee helpdesk agents have been unwilling to provide an reasonable explanation to me but kept beating around the bushes with nonsenible answer that refund was already made on 19 Aug 2022 without actually answering to my simple yet logical question on why the mysterious “adjustment” deduction of $19.35 for that cancelled order on 26 Aug 2022. My conclusion is sadly to say that Shopee is no longer a trustworthy and honest online e-commence platform that I used to patronize that could protect the basic legal rights of any buyers and even sellers.
