We have purched one Mobile phone from Shopefun dated on 4-Feb-2016 but this company was not provide product as per time lines then company was cancel my order and saying your refund has been process but refund not received till date. details as below mention.

Hi. I had also faced the same problem, so I checked with the bank, of which I had used the Credit Card and got a Refund. You can also try the same.
