I am buying a laptop worth Rs 16350.
My payment is through payumoney.
My order id.-124090201.shopeits providing me a fake docket id no.Z06293493.
Niether a laptop come nor refunded money.
Please help me to refund my money.
I Ravi kumar from patna. Ordered a mi note 3 but not the product received nither thay received call. They cheated us.
On 28.11.2016 i had placed order of 2 i phones and paid the amount as per their system. They had committed to dispatch the material with in 3 days, but to till date i have not received any material. while contact on phone several times their representatives told that material has already been dispatched but did not give dispatch details. On 10.01.2017 they told that due to non availability it was not dispatched but on 16.01.2017 it will be dispatched positively now no one is lifting the phone.
It shows that it is a fake and cheater company. Govt. should take strict action against the company and responsible person should be behind the bars.

THEY ARE CHEATERS NOT HAVING PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED I ALSO ORDERED A MOBILE DAILY I CALLING TO THEM NO ONE CAN RESPONSIBLE & ACCOUNTABLE. EVEN MY MONEY NOT RETURNED YET. M GOING TO REGISTER THE POLICE COMPLAINT.

i also ordered a laptop on 26th dec’16. they provided a wrong docket and when contacted their support they provided again another docket of Trackon courier. Today we recd a package took an open delivery. The packet contained a speaker instead a laptop. so we refused to accept. Please help
