I had ordered one HP Laptop on 26.12.2016 and received a confirmation No. 130874519. I also received two Tracking IDs DOC ID: D31690622 and Doc ID: 1312651244 of DTDC and Trackon courier but it seems both these tracking IDs are fake. I have paid Rs. 13,625/- through PayUMoney and also received a mail from them that payment is successful and Merchant Name is Shopeits Solutions. Till today I have not received my product.I have tried to contact them over phone and also sent various mails but to no response

I would be highly obliged if you kindly help me in this regard by either in getting my product or else I would request you to help me in getting my money back.
