I had placed order for vegetables and made payment of rs 353.00. The payment had gone from my account. I didn’t receive any confirmation from them. My order no is 22993. I want a refund of the amount paid. I feel that this is a bogus company.

This entity seems to be a fraudulant operator using the name shophappily.com of USA through the pop up in Google they are cheating customers.
With the id (UPI) to which the money is channelized can this be investigated and every affected person files an online complaint in the police in the respective state. Initially the account linked to the UPI id can be frozen and the recipient of the amount arrested
It seems to be a mega scam looking at the number of people reporting about the orders placed, payment made, non-recipt of confirmation, contact telephone abscence and non responsive entity to mails
