I had placed order for vegetables and made payment of rs 353.00 . The vegetables are not yet delivered. The payment has gone from my account. Order no is 22993. I think this is a bogus company. I have to put on Facebook for people not to buy anything from them

We always try our best to deliver order to our customer on time.
But incase of any delivery issue or any other unfavourable circumstances if order don’t get delivered to customer on time then we take a grace period of 15 days to deliver the order to customer.
If the order didn’t get delivered to customer within the 15 days of time period from their date of order placement then the order amount get refunded to the payment source automatically in next 15 working days.
