I have ordered for brass krishna from shophonic web site idol for rs 396/- on 3/10/2021 via sbi credit card but the item was not delivered till 2/11/2021 nor the company has any tracking mechanism or a refund system.I want to raise complaint about this fraudulent site misleading customers and looting money.company address: Shophonic,z/204,J.B shopping centre,Jolva, Gujarat -394310
