I ordered a product 20 days ago from an E-commerce website from shopify.com and the email ID being todaysoffer.com. the order was placed on Jan 9 2018 marked as order#3292. the website now shows that the shop does not exist.i cant track my shipment.
i tried writing back to them but there is no answer from them.
i havent received the shipment, neither am i able to reach the store, nor am i getting a refund

i solemnly request the consumer court of india to kindly look into this matter
