Our new B2B ECommerce site is not working. We are using Shopify and Payfort. Shopify says the issue is with Payfort, Payfort says the issue is with Shopify. Neither can tell us what the problem is which leads me to believe they don’t really know what the issue is. We are desperate to get this sorted and new tickets keep getting created, but it’s almost two weeks down the line and nothing has been done to even attempt to rectify the problem. Please can someone assist us.
