Some online selling and purchasing website

I saw the add on Facebook and visited the site and placed the order for two original finishing touch hair remover to which after successful payment i received email dated 31st dec 2017 from [email protected] confirming my order with order no #1987 .
Today its almost a month no sign of my order and no email reverts from them.

Pls help me get my money or product.
