Sir,
I ordered Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL mobile from shopiwo.com for Rs 8999 on 29-02-2016 and paid via DEBIT CARD. They did not provide any dispatch details from the starting yet. They only provided ORDER NO. – 202132.
In spite of many emails, they did not provide dispatch details, they could not be contacted at their number 1800-270-1350 even.
Without sending the Product, they cancelled the order on 14-03-2016 and sent me an SMS promising the money would get refunded to my account within 2-3 days but still today I have not got any refund yet. I have sent may emails but no response was received.
I as a Senior citizen request your help please.
