Sir i have ordered redmi 4 vide order no 129548 on 8 Sep 2017 by paying rs 6499 via netbanking, company promised to delivered the product within 5-7 days, but till today i have not receive it, their customer no and website is also not functioning for last 10 days, kindly look the matter and initate to refund of our paid amount or delivery of placed ordered product, thanking you
