I have ordered redmi 4 mobile on 08-09-2017 for an amount of Rs. 8499/- vide order no 129516. The payment was made through credit card and the payment was successful and the same was confirmed by the shopkaar through mail & SMS.
I have not received any communication further regarding shipment and tracking number, always it is showing in website that it is processing.
Later, i had applied for refund request but the same was not refunded and product was not received till to date.
As of now the company site is also not accessible. Hence please do the justice by refunding the amount.
