I have ordered 3 silk sarees worth Rs.3560/- from shopkio.but those sarees
quality is not upto..when i informed them that the product is not worth so they said as per compny policy

Returns are accepted only when the products are damage..
If customer wants to return product, in any case, they need to send the product to mentioned address by their own courier service to our warehouse and Shopkio will not bear the courier charges. In addition, a charge of Rs 300 will be charged per product(which includes one time courier charge). Refund will be paid through REWARD POINTS which can be used in next purchase. NOTE – no bank and cash transfer will be done in case of any return.

Address – 110, kuberji textile park – 2, near belgium square , delhi gate, surat. Pincode- 395002.

They il be giving me reward points but they will cut shipping charges 300 for each sarees..i hv received all sarees in one packet n they want 900 shipping charges ..this company is big cheater..they display something else and they send very cheap quality product..what i hv received not even worth 300 each….when i checked comments box ..i found 100% comments are negative…i request u take strict action against this company ..they feel no one can stop them doing such cheating..i have objection is i have received same product which i have ordered then why shoukd i bare thw loss of shipping.its companys mistake ..pl look into the matter urgently.
