I MANOJ KUMAR KATARA , hometown as BHARATPUR (RAJ.) request to consider a complaint on one aspect of unfair trade practices- unfairness in holding of games, contests, lotteries and similar schemes for promoting sales and services in the context of protecting consumers from incurring unnecessary expenses. Complaint Against : Shoploby.com is an online consumer shopping site located at #1899,54L,Badarpur ,New Delhi ,Delhi -110044.

On Saturday, 3 February call from shoploby executive, came on my mobile no :9414700269 and transferred this call to his seniors to talk , regarding the contest they are organizing through purchase of their product of only Rs.2099, for the 20 online shoppers who are having maximum previous online shopping points .

From the very first instance, I as a complainant was misguided, as of having highest online shopping points by their own facts, and further ,there will be a prize for only those 20 selected online shoppers who have been selected on this highest points plus making this particular purchase of Rs.2099. Complainant will be given an ID after declaration of the result the prize distribution will be organized in home town of winner of contest (S L Contest) . Ultimately , this would’nt happened. Shoploby.com ignored every promise and started luring and cheating the complainant ,henceforth, for more payment in the name of gold and diamond ,for which, he can recover the amount he is spending from the market along with ‘ First Prize of Kwid Car ‘. Thus, framed a trap to cheat and harass the complainant to get money or for their excessive sale.
