sir, i have ordered an iPhone 7 plus 128 gb silver colour from shopmonk.com on 23rd February 2017(order no:100004957) and i have paid the full amount from net banking, 66,490 Indian rupees.. at the time of ordering they promised me to deliver the product within 2 weeks time.. so i waited till that time even though they didn’t ship the product and send me the tracking details of the same.. after that i complained about the same in consumer forum of India government and from there i got the reply to wait for a couple of days and they have contacted with shopmonk.com .. and by believing those words and moreover i trusted because that complaint was registered under govt: of India (document no:174180) .. but at last i got the reply from INGRAM(consumer complaints, under govt: of India) that they are helpless in this matter and shopmonk is not answering even to them and they advised me to go for some other option.. and now it is one month passed after ordering and payment done.. and till this time i have contacted shopmonk customer service several times and all the time i am getting the same reply that they are expecting the product to be arrived in their local ware house by next week.. and now several weeks passed as they said.. now the same product is not having that much price in the same shopping site in which i have ordered one month before.. actually now i dont know what to do and where to complaint about this scam.. i hope consumer court can help me in this matter in which INGRAM is already helpless.. please help me to get the product..
