i Asmita ordered combo of raybon gogel,wristwatch, mens wallet,and woodland wallet and two wheelers cover on 10th april2017 and paid rs 1424 online. i didnot get confirmation message of order or shipping so i contacted customer care on 17th april 2017 they sent me sms of order confirmation and assured delevary within 5 business days.my order no is 2910. thy told me to wait.so after a week on 25th april i again called customer care but there was no eresponce.the answering machine told me to mail the complaint. what should be the next step?

  1. I booked skullcandy headset and i have invoice through sms & mail also still i have not receiving my product,i have contact cc through phone it is not go through,i send a mail throgh despatch details,whats the next step to cancel my order ,if any possible to cancel my order & return of money
