I have purchased Nefon N20 smartphone from website of shopmy mobile company. The transaction No.12912208141 for rs.3999 done for online shopping has succeed from PAYU MONEY . but no order ID was given. I have mailed so many times but no reply from them. their customer number 9873073237 is inactive. I want to refund money immediately.
