I Bonny Anand to declare that, I purchased a mobile XOLO Q1010i
bearing order no. 3003289745 on date 12/06/14. I received the above
mentioned product on 20/06/14 through COD.
The product was found dead. Meanwhile I contect INDIATIMES CARE on
09024666666 and was advised to give the mobile to XOLO care to check
the mobile and they will give me DOA certificate of the mobile.
As soon as I received the DOA certificate on 25/06/14 I mailed
the copy to INDIATIMES.COM at [email protected] and i
called them and they gave me a case id 1413587.now they were telling me to regenerate a new DOA certificate from XOLO care. I told this fact to Xolo Care and they replied that they can’t regenerate a new DOA certificate for the same mobile twice, as it is beyond their company policy.
Now they were not responding properly as i told them that i am not interested in their product.
Please tell me what to do and kindly do care this mater.
