I ordered an Electric Bicycle from the online shop namely ‘shoprol.in’, on 12th August 2021 and made debit card payment of Rs. 1899/- the same day. Now, on scrutiny in Google, I came to know this shoprol.in is a fake shop and no one so far received anything from them. Their email address and customer service phone numbers also doesn’t exist. For payment, they gave a ‘phonepe’ link but it got redirected to a payment gateway namely ‘Razorpay’ and I got a ‘payment successful’ message from ‘Club fashion mall’. Then I really started doubting the whole thing. Now can I get a refund from this people? Can you help me out?
