I have ordered a Mountain bike from this above said website and i have also made the payment against my selected item. The merchant name is NISHANT VINUBHAI DHOLIYA. I request the consumer complaints forum team to help me as i have neither received my ordered item nor they are responding. How can i get refund, please guide.
