This complaint is regarding Shoptrik Store. I have ordrerd a new i phone 7 gold imported from their website. I have placed the ordered on 30 jan and they kept on saying it will be dispatched soon but it almost took a month still they didn’t deliver it. I have already payed the amount of Rs 18000 as per the scheme price from my debit card. After which they said that the product couldn’t be deliverd because it is out of stock but will soon refund the money but now they are neither picking the call or the no. is out of reach and every single day they are cooking up new stories & the grace period is also over. I need thd money back now its almost a month.
Purchasing from them but it is one of the most verst & fraud site. Read all its reviews its a fake one, my request to all do not buy anything from them.. they are mere cheaters they won’t even return your money on time neither the prouct. Thanks.
