Started giving emi’s of land in jaipur plot from feb 2013. After giving 2-3 emi’s their representative told us to stop further payment till the progress does not start.
After 1 and 1/2 year they started saying remaining emi’s.
We told them plz show us progress n land development which was zero and demanding the full payment otherwise they will cancel the plot.
Visited their office n they are telling we have cancelled your plot.
Inspite of of giving 25% payment, builder have cancelled the plot.
After 4 and 1/2 years passed builder is not even in position to show any kind of of development work.
All the clients of this builder are disturbed.
