Shree Narayana Hospital – i did not get mt p f and the company did not pay my last 3 month pf.

My name is Robert Stephen and i have worked in SHREE NARAYANA HOSPITAL, PANDRI, RAIPUR, C.G and resigned in AUGUST 31, 2013 and
applied for withdrawal of my PF amount from PF dept and filled all
require documents at my HR and they have submitted, My
account no is CG/21996/133 . And at that time have given my bank account
number of BANK OF BARODA which was my salary account since there was no
transaction AND the company didn’t pay my last 3 month pf fees i don’t know why this company H R doing like this . I kindly request you that please consider my request. if my account no. has any problum i give my state bank of india ‘s accound no. 10503460780 I hope you do the needfull
