I joined the Shri chaitanya techno school on 12 Feb as instructed but I didn’t get any offer letter and I kept telling about it . They said don’t worry you will get it soon and said that you will get your 2 months salary at once on 10 -12 April. On completion of approx 45 days working , they provide me offer letter. When I asked about salary then they said that you will get your 26 Feb to 26 March salary and 14 days would be managed internally. After few days due to medical emergency, when I asked about salary then the principal said to me that this is not local school . Your that 14 days salary would be deducted in whenever you take leave . One CL per month written in appointment letter but they did count it as a leave . They said that you are new joiner so you will not get any leave . On the 1st day , why didn’t they mention all such scenarios. Now they didn’t pay me a single penny for my approx 2 months work and when I asked for this the principal said search the new job we can’t tolerate the teacher without patience. As my mother is in critical medical condition so I took her to my grandparents home . After few days she again asking me to come when I said that you said not to come then she said your attitude made me to do this . After that many days and knowing my financial and medical crisis they did not paid me . For such reason, my grandparents decided to permanently shift from Dhanbad to Bihar. Now the principal and the girl who influenced me several times to join , not responding to my question.
