Sub:- Request for Refund of My Daughter’s School and Tuition Fees for S. Meenakshi XI Std.
I am S.Aparna, the mother of S.Meenakshi, a student at your institution in the XI grade.
The refund of school and tuition fees is the subject of this letter.
The administrator assured the candidate that they would receive all necessary amenities, including air conditioning, before they joined your institution.
However, the lack of an air conditioner and poor air flow completely ruined my daughter’s health, causing her to sweat more and have breathing problems.
Your administrator gave me instructions to equip other branches of your institution with air conditioners after I inquired about the problem.
However, the distance is too great from my house, making it impractical for my daughter to travel such a great distance, which will also have an impact on her health.
As my husband also passed away, I have no other means of support in terms of money. As a result, we will also be unable to continue our academic pursuits at your institution.
Please take into account my predicament and assist me in getting the tuition and school fees reimbursed. The breakup of fees paid are provided below:-
