This is regarding the flat h-402 @ shriram blue which i booked on 24th nov 2018 during the pre-launch event.
i have made a payment of inr 50, 000 towards the booking amount.
but due to some unavoidable personal emergencies, i had to cancel the booking within a week. Its been more than 2 weeks that i had cancelled the booking but my refund is not yet initiated.
i tried contacting them in all possible ways (E-mail, phone, sms, facebook post etc) but no one bothered to pay attention. Every time either my call was either ignored or i was redirected to some other number to contact.
I tried calling mr. Manikantan thyagraj who is the relationship manager over his mobile number +91 [protected] but he kept on rejecting my calls with automated sms saying he is either driving or busy in a meeting.
I had also mailed [email protected] but did not get any response till now.
I tried calling the sales dept number several times but they also started ignoring my calls as soon as i started asking the refund.
