Despite of cashless facility, Hospital denied to proceed without getting advan paymente..i submitted Rs5 k as an advance but inspite of 100% approval from Raksha TPA hospital denied to refund my advance payment.
Futher to this, they have not provided detailed bill for medicine..they have charged money under administrative charges which was not informed at the time of admission.
