I ordered my earbuds from this app , 2 times same product ordered but both times defective product was delivered .
I bought 2 same product and the same day when I unboxed them , them were damaged , not charging .Subject: Complaint about Damaged Earbuds Delivered

The order, which was placed on October 17, 2023, and confirmed for delivery on October 19, 2023, was eagerly anticipated. However, when I opened the package, I was met with a disheartening sight. The earbuds, which were supposed to be brand new and in perfect condition, were marred by significant physical damage. The left earbud had a cracked casing, and the right earbud had a detached earpiece. This was not just a minor imperfection, but a blatant case of product mishandling, as the packaging was also damaged.
The damaged earbuds have left me not only frustrated but also concerned about the quality control and handling procedures of your company. I had placed my trust in your brand, expecting a product that met the quality standards that were promised on your website. This experience, however, has made me question the integrity of your operations.
In addition to the physical damage, the earbuds were unusable. Attempting to connect them to my device was futile, and it was evident that these earbuds had been rendered completely nonfunctional. This added to my disappointment, as I had been eagerly looking forward to the audio experience your product promised to deliver.
Given this situation, I kindly request the following actions to rectify this matter:
1. Replacement: I request an immediate replacement of the damaged earbuds with a brand new and fully functional pair. I believe this is the minimum that can be done to address the inconvenience I have experienced.
2. Improved Packaging: I urge you to review your packaging and shipping procedures to ensure that such damage does not recur in future deliveries. Improved packaging and handling will not only protect your product but also maintain the trust of your customers.
