Run! Do not book a course with this ghost company. They send wrong invoices, book you on wrong dates, load pre-course content with 400+ study hours 10 days before your course (and I booked 2 months in advance – ITIL foundation), they never call back, never email back when they promise and are impossible to deal with.
It looks like this completely outsourced overseas to the local street vendor.

I was so happy to proceed with the courses and also I was concerned if I had to only talk over the phone and pay my fees ..I received a call from Andra but I reside in Bangalore this was not okay because I was already trapped by a fraudulent calls like this ..
I was not clear about the courses but this marketing person(consultant) was forcing me to lock with same course and proceed with the payments .. This guy continuously forces to keep the conversation as he likes.
By his provoking behaviour I happen to get rude with his forcing sales strategy.
he says that I was insulting his reputation? Because I said I will come to his institute and have a face to face conversation? and covering up that I was rude( i wasn’t indecent neither never used profanities)when I called this institute/training centre/office/corporate headquarters (I have no clue about this ghost company) This same person picks up my call and changes his voice so that I don’t identify it’s him (such a cheap behaviour) Are they even professionals?
I wanted to check with few more courses on a face to face conversation i was not okay to pay on a call.. also I had too many queries regards to courses, I was eager and as well ready to start off my learning at this platform..but he never gave me a chance to talk.
