I have enrolled for the subjected certification from Simplilearn. They have clearly mentioned that if I have two attempts of the exam and if after both the attempts I cannot clear the exam they will refund my entire money.
I could not clear the first attempt for 1 mark. The passing mark was 26 and I got 25. After that I have communicated with my training coordinator for the refund or retake exam process. She confirmed that refund is not possible at this point of time, I should go for second attempt.
So I have requested for exam voucher. Initially they have shared invalid exam voucher with me after multiple follow ups. After that I have started following up them with this issue and suddenly they are saying I am neither eligible for second attempt nor for refund. If that is the scenario then they have worked for my second voucher last 7 days. Also the teams and conditions they have mentioned now have not been committed to me when I am in continuous touch with them regarding this.
This type of weird behaviour is not acceptable from of brand like Simplilearn. I really need the solution urgently. If they are unable to arrange second attempt for me then my entire money should be refunded.
