Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have bought a motorcycle brand (royal enfield) model (continental gt 650 mister clean) from a dealer name (simran automobiles) himachal pradesh baddi, the motorcycle is in warranty period, i bought it 15/oct/2019.
The problem I am facing is that its fuel tank cap rubber is broken, because of that broken rubber, its fuel comes out of the tank and when I wash it the water gets into the tank and also in the rain. i told them many times but they are not going to replace it , still my motorcycle is under warranty period , when water get into the tank its cause to the main engine. so i request to you please do the need ful against this dealer.
