Simshine Recruiters, Laxmi nagar – FRAUD CONSULTANCY – NOT REFUNDING SECURITY OF RS, 3000

i was approached by this consultancy through shine.com mail, so further i went up to their office for interview in laxmi nagar on 18th november. the hr head there charged rs, 3000 from me as the security, which was totally and anytime refundable. i agreed upto their conditions and the job ws regarding CITIBANK. but later i did not got any verification call as told by them till next week, and i ws totally dissatisfied by their conditions and was finding no scope for the job, i made them many calls, there was no proper response from their side helplessly after 10 days, on 28 november i visited there office to ask back my refund, earlier they refused and but on being strict agreed to refund my money within a week and now its 14th today, as the hr there promised and agve in written to refunded my money into my account not in cash and till now i have not received it, i have their written receipt as well and sms mail as proof, and i would also like to tel i doubt that these people are misusing the big companies names, representing themselves as employees of HCL and leading banks, so please now i have no way left, i seriously need help hoping for a favourable and quick response
